For a week, my timer showed a fault in zone 1. I was finally able to get someone over to replace ALL the solenoids and while the timer no longer shows a fault, it still doesn’t work. None of my programs will run. I had to physically turn each of the solenoids on by hand tonight since we’ve been in triple digits for 3 days now in CO. I need a solution to this ASAP. I’ve reset the connection, removed and reinstalled the device, I cannot connect via bluetooth, even when I’m standing in front of the timer with my phone (so please don’t suggest that). I attempted to call the 800 number but after sitting on hold for over an hour, I decided that was a losing solution. We’ve only had this timer for 2 months.

I’ve tried to run it manually and also “test” in smart mode and nothing.

Jessclarke99, did you have your wiring checked as well when your solenoids were changed? Have you tested it manually from the actual timer? Is this a recently installed timer?

All the wiring is fine and has been checked. The manual setting does nothing. It was installed in April. I’ve now had 3 sprinkler people come out and try to figure this out with no luck. It’s now unhooked and will be returned to Home Depot today. I will get another one and see if that works. If not, I will return that and get another brand.
