All three of my faucet timers are staying in the “Off” position. My setup is the WiFi hub controlling three faucet timers. All three timers stay in the off position. When I turn them to auto, they change back to off. They are all set to Smart Watering. All three were showing 67% + of battery life left, but I went ahead and changed the batteries in all three timers. Two of the timers seem to be working now, as they both went to “Auto” mode. The third timer will not turn on (I think it is broken).

Timer 44:67:55:10:19:33 (Broken Timer – Will not turn on after changing batteries)

What do I do about replacing the broken timer?
@Diezel I would recommend connecting to that timer via Bluetooth and trying to turn it to the auto position to see if that works. If it does, then try disconnecting the Bluetooth again.
If that doesn’t work, email us at [email protected] and we can see what else we can do for you.
