    Hi
I have just installed a second faucet on an existing hub ie 2 faucets 1 hub.
All seemed to go well but now one faucet is only controllable via Bluetooth and the other WiFi yet both were setup as WiFi.
Note for the first few moments all looked well both worked on WiFi.
Can anyone tell me how to change it back to both on WiFi?
    thanks

Just a guest, try to delete the faucet which only connected to BT. Then re-add it back. During the “device add” steps, you will be prompted to connect the “new” device via either BT or Wifi. You are going to select Wifi.

I am having this same issue. On any given day either one or the other is controllable by wifi and the other can only be controlled by BT. I’m never able to control both from Wifi at the same time.

    Any resolution?

Me too. When I add the timer it initially connects via wi-fi but then it shows as disconnected and Bluetooth is the only option. Really annoying.

I have had one hub and four faucets for the first 2 years and everything worked fine. Trouble started when I tried adding a fifth faucet in the third year; this never worked and even messed up the previously working four faucets. I don’t have a solution, but the problem seems to be related to adding faucets to an existing system rather than a limit to a given number of faucets.

I could solve my problem described above, where before I could not add another hose faucet timer (HT25, generation 1) to my existing system of 4 HT25’s. What I did is to remove all the hose faucet timers which showed they were disconnected (4/5/) and added them back in with wifi connection (all in one go, not leaving the adding menu of the app). As expected, after a few seconds, they all showed their status as disconnected again. But what then solved the problem was a software reset of the HT1 hub (not cycling the power, but a soft reset in the app). Nothing happens, there is no feedback from the app that it did anything, but it was very satisfying to see the status symbols turning from red to green (= connected) one by one after the soft reset of the hub.

So for now, all my five hose faucet timers are up and running, hopefully at least during my vacation!
