I am almost in the exact same boat except with product 57925 ( indoor 8 zone bhyve) spent a couple hours on chat trying to resolve wifi connectivity. they show that my hyve is connected to wifi but no white button showing on mine. And my hyve does no show up in my ARP table. In prep for the support session I optimized my wifi setup. Private router, with only 2.4 Ghz, on my desk. I have been amazed by the hyve BT range, almost good enough for my permnant use. I don’t know where to go, Orbit helpers just send you on un productive gooose chases like resetting and reloading the app. I would like to hear about a sucess story but not the kind where you don’t know what you did to make it work. @EEEEEES well, arp -a will mostly likely be looking at the arp cache, not a live report. There’s no reason to maintain it live. Ping the unit, then try an arp -a afterwards. (or ping the entire network with a tool or try pinging your subnet’s broadcast IP (192.168.x.255 most likely).
    If not….

Got an old router kicking around? Borrow one from a pal? Just set it up in default mode, hard reset the 57925 and see if you can connect. If you can’t it’s pretty likely it’s defective, I’d think. If it does….then it’s your existing setup. Debugging … change only ONE item at a time. Give it a shot and let us know what happens.

Just to clarify did you have to enter EVERYTHING on the update wifi page after ticing advanced? OR could you just add the security and Password. No luck so far.
