I am trying to change the wifi for an XR and in the app when you tap the “Update WiFi Settings” nothing happens. These is no popup box to change the wifi. I have tried this on several phones both Android and Apple and they are all the same.
Perhaps try this on a ‘real computer’ in an internet browser whilst logged into your account. Sometimes with these devices, things work successfully in your account in a browser that won’t work in the app, and vice versa! Hope that helps.
