When I select to water a zone manually the app takes me to the “Remote” screen where all of my Zones are visible. When I select a Zone the next screen pops up “How long do you want to run”. when I select the blue arrow start, the watering starts but the screen goes back to the main program screen like you just opened the program app. The watering countdown circle screen is missing and the only way to stop the watering before the time has ended is to select the zone and hit stop in the top right where is says test. Can you re-flash the firmware or look into my product.

    MAC address is 44:67:55:01:4C:BD
    Firmware Version is 0033
    Hardware Version is WT25-0001

    Thank you very much

    Hi,

I had put a post with the same issue, but cant find it anymore:/. The app’s functions have changed over time. First I was able to schedule a program manually and then that didn’t work anymore. Then I had to select the zones manually and see the progress and be able to skip them etc.

Now after you start the watering the screen goes away and you cannot see nor interact with the ongoing watering anymore. Very anoying!

As I am not the only one with this issue I see I think it is related to the app. Either updates to the app have broken this or something else is going on.

I hope someone from Orbit will explain what is going on here. Removing useful functions like this is degrading the solution to the point that I need to start looking for an alternative.

    Best for 2021.

Yes EBPHILLA, after the last app update the issue started. I also downloaded the B-hyve Pro version it too is operating the same way.

Update, today the app and the timer are working correctly. The watering timer function was displayed during the station function. Went through the stations and the “Smart Watering” ran correctly.

I am having a problem with manual watering also. I can set a manual watering time with the app and see the time in the upper right corner counting down. It seems to be fine as long as my iPhone is on and I stay in the manual watering screen. If I leave the screen or the phone turns off when I come back to the app there is no count down or Stop shown. I checked the controller and it is in the manual mode and counting down and the zone is watering but I can no longer stop that zone from the app. When the controller finishes the manual water I don’t get a message saying it has completed. I do get notified when it is running in the auto mode and finishes a program. This is something that has changed fairly recently, as it use to work. I live in northern Calif. and with the hot days we sometimes need to run a cycle to do extra watering. It is very frustrating for this not to work.
