    Hello,
    i have a b-hyve outdoor timer 12 zones.
    MAC: 44:67:55:04:00:EF
    Firmware: 0039
    HW vers.: WT25G2-0001

It worked perfectly for about 2 months and then suddenly from the 22nd of June until today it’s not recording (or showing on the app) the watering and weather history on the calendar app page any more.

It’s showing correctly the present day, yesterday and the upcoming days in terms of weather and watering.
On the previous days it’s shown a cloud icon with a question mark on top.

Can someone help me to solve this issue?

    Many thanks
    Ciao

    Hi,

the same here since 18th of June.

They told me it’s a communication issue on their end. It is not app related issue.

I would like to know if the team is still working on that.

    Hub MAC: 44:67:55:21:50:C1
    Timer MAC: 44:67:55:12:BC:00

    Thanks

    Hi,
I have a very similar problem to GALLO.STE. I have no watering history for the whole month of July 2019 and the first 9 days of August. The present and future days look ok.
    MAC: 44:67:55:01:50:3C
    Firmware: 0032
    HW ver. WT25-0001

    Thanks

    Watering history playing up again.
Yesterday it showed Zones 1 & 2 last watered Aug 25 @ 12.00pm, 12.05pm respectively, which was correct.
Yesterday I watered Zone 3 @ 3.48pm and correct history was then shown.
After update today Zone 1 shows last watered Jun 9 @ 2.59pm, Zone 2 last watered Jun 13 @2.59pm. Zone 3 is still correct showing last watered Aug 26 @ 3.48pm.
    All Australian NSW times.

Zone 1 watered today and currently showing correct time and date, zone 2 still shows Jun 13 @2.59pm BUT zone 3 now shows Jun 11 @6.34pm
So watering history definitely isn’t working.
On a side note even smart watering doesn’t work correctly, yesterday evening we had 35mm of rain yet zone 1 watered today @ 11.59am

Hi, is there any updates about this problem? I’m having the same issue and the program/calender starting to play up (not watering on the correct days and no history of the last watering done). I’m from South Australia, Australia

After exchanging couple of emails with the customer support I was informed that the issue was escalated/reassigned to the developement team but without giving me any ETA. I haven’t hear from anyone in this matter since.

It’s been three months since the watering history stopped working for me. I’m very disappointed with complete lack of progress with this issue.

    That’s disappointing to hear ?

Did they mention if it was affecting everyone or just certain people? I’ll shoot them an email and see if there’s any updates on the issue.

Watering and weather history work for people living in the United States (and some other countries).
If you try to set up a US zip code in your app for the hub or timer, it will magically start working again.
    I am very disappointed too.

Will changing the zip/postcode effect smart watering ?
We shouldn’t have to do this !!!
Feedback from forum moderators is abysmal.

Just out of curiosity what dates are the watering history defaulting to ?
I have 3 zones and they always default to – Zone 1 Jun 9 at 2.59 pm, Zone 2 Jun 13 at 2.59 pm, Zone 3 Jun 11 at 6.34 pm
Why these specific dates and times for my wifi timer, who knows !

I’ve been messing with the device address since it was mentioned that the post code has any influence on this.

Changed to a US postcode and it changed nothing. Still couldn’t see the watering or weather history. What I have noticed though is that you can’t set any non-US addresses from the website and that after you’ve put in a US address you can’t clear the US postcode from your profile even if capturing an entirely new address in the app.

    When looking at the web traffic to their website, they have this in the dataset even though my address is in Australia: business_address: {country: "US"}

BENRITA why do you think I’m a moderator? I’m a disappointed user just like you. What I’m saying is that I tried to set a different zip code (U.S. zip code) on the bHybe app (not on the website). I waited a couple of days and noticed that the weather and watering history worked again from that very day on. Obviously, in the meantime, I didn’t do smart or programmed watering. I only did manual watering.

You don’t have to do this too, because it’s useless.

This is only to demonstrate that, in my opinion, the issue only affects people outside U.S.

FINCH, I never said you were a moderator.
I was referring to the people who look after the b-hyve forums, and I asked re the smart watering for those moderators to advise.
Feedback being abysmal because the original post was back in early August 2019 and we have not heard anything.
    Sorry if you misunderstood.

I have 6 zones, zones 1,2, 3 and 4 are watered on the same day and the last history it shows is June 26! Zone 5 and 6 shows June 7th.

Seems like something happened in June? Wonder if it’s firmware related and if we can downgrade the firmware ?
