Maybe someone from bhyve.orbitonline could comment on this June watering history.
Would it be a timer or app problem ? I don’t know where the app gets the watering history from.
Don’t hold your breath. I first noticed this last June. Rain delay occurred with no rain forecast and then found that I could no longer adjust the SM % of each station. You’ll see posts on the timer forum. After pleading for many weeks I received a response from Stephen the moderator and over the next few weeks emails went back and forth. I was told it occurred as a glitch in a software update and the developers were looking into it. There were many excuses over the following weeks and emails became fewer then ceased. The issue has never been resolved. I live in Brisbane.
Regards
Peter
Hi Peter,
Wonder what the ACCC would say about this, our Smart meters aren’t that smart at the moment and cost about double what all the other non-smart options did.
Still no response from customer care..
I was looking at the weather station on the app.. And I swear there was an Adelaide weather station I could pick.. But now it only shows US weather stations..I wonder if this be one of the causes? Weather station and address/country won’t match up?
The problem seems now solved in my case. Since October 7, I can see my weather and watering history. The earlier dates are still not available but at least all folowing events are now correctely recorded. I have no idea if this is because Orbit’s dev team actually fixed it (I haven’t received any updates) it or that it somehow started working “on its own”.
I also confirm here that the problem seems to be solved.
I think the development team has made some sort of change.
The fact remains that the weather forecasts are always different from those reported by Aeris (at least for me).
Try yourself, input your location here:
Or if you are smarter with programming stuff here:

Mine problem haa been resolved too. My weather history and water history starts again from 5 October. I can also select the nearest weather station too so weather forecast is more accurate.
Hopefully no more future problems! ?
My weather history also seems to now be correct.
