First off, you need to hire new IT people. I have a residential timer with 8 zones set up which used to work fine until I added faucet timer to my system. Now the android phone app has both timers and wifi bridge. Now the issues:
    1. Web app does not show faucet timer under my account.
    2. Web app show the programs from my both faucet and residential timers under residential timer
    3. The system is confused as hell. This morning my residential timer randomly ran one zone out of eight and I was wondering what is going on. The after research I realized my residential timer is getting confused with one zone of faucet timer
    4. When I test run the only zone on faucet timer for e.g. 10 mins It closes off after 1 minute.
    5. Faucet timer did not run at its scheduled time because I guess it was also confused
    6. My web app residential timer shows the next run time from my faucet timer

I am sure there are other issues. I managed to discover only these in last 3 hours since none of my timers are working correctly now. Any fix to all this mess ????

Hello AJ, the current web app is out of date but we are working on a new one. You can access the beta at [email protected] and login using your same credentials. This will resolve a lot of the issues you’re seeing with the web app.
