I did the catch cups. I put all the data into the website and now have a monthly watering plan. How do I import this plan into the app to actually run my sprinklers? Do I really have to change the settings every month? Why can’t the data just upload into the app? Seems silly to have to change the app settings each month when it’s supposed to be an “automatic” system.

Hello Biggusdiccus, the catch cups can be used in line with our smart program to create a program that will change on a weekly basis based off of your catch cup data, as well as all of your zone information (i.e soil type, plant type, sun/shade, etc.), and create the smartest and best program for your timer.

Ok but HOW? How to I get the data from the computer to the app? The app doesn’t allow me to enter the cup information, that is only on the website. How to I get that into the app?

Go to the zones page and tap on the zone you wish to add this data. There is a button in the top right corner that says “Smart Details”. You will find the catch cups on that page. However, you can’t import from a computer, so you will need to input that data on your own.

I have the exact same issue as BIGGUSDICCUS. I am about ready to return the B-Hyve and get a Rachio. I was expecting more from Orbit. I have placed my catch cups, I have recorded data, I have entered it into http://wateringschedule.com/get-started/#/stations and then you can’t do anything with it. Seems like a product that was released prior to really thinking about the application. I’ll give it 2 more weeks, then returning it.
