I’m having the same issue. Disconnect, reconnect, reset, ect. My MAC is 44:67:55:01:1b:5B
I’m also having the same issue. My MAC is 446755006ff3
@Sandrops Aewithro jim90710 and gstar, I’ve updated the firmware for all of your timers. Please let us know if you have any other issues.
@Alcav, I cannot update your firmware unless your connected to Wi-Fi.
I’ve tried resetting the WiFi connection (reset device connection, update WiFi settings, power off timer and resetting, etc.) – the App just says the unit is offline. On the timer, there is an exclamation point flashing next to the wireless icon.
THE EXCLIMATION MARK MEANS THAT YOUR TIMER IS CONNECTED TO YOUR ROUTER BUT NOT YOUR WI-FI. yOU CAN TRY RESETING YOUR ROUTER, AND MAYBEY unplugging THE GREY RIBBON CABLE in your timer for 5 seconds. If that doesn’t work you will likely need to contact your internet service provider and check with them.
I am having the same issue, can you update my firmware?

Wow – thanks. Reset the unit again as you instructed, WiFi is working fine, still won’t connect to the network. It just times out. Another orbit rep said the unit is faulty.
Having the same issue, my MAC is 44.67.55.02.84.64
@ericmkelly, I’ve updated your timers firmware.
@joherbert, we cannot update your firmware unless your timer is connected to internet. Please contact product support is you need any help reconnecting your timer to Wi-Fi.
I am having trouble getting my phone to pair with the timer. I tried resetting. I tried deleting the app and starting all over. The timer will not respond. Help MAC: 44:67:55:02:D8:B9
ok, well if you’ve reset the timer try pulling the grey ribbon cable out for 5 seconds and then plug it back in and then retry the pairing process. If you still cant get it to pair please try contacting our product support line.
I tried disconnecting the grey ribbon cable on Monday evening with no luck.
