My wifi is no longer working. Went through all the steps to reconnect it, it finds my home network, but never connects to it! This is getting ridiculous. Please help and put something out.

Hi, I have the exact same problem. was working fine for a couple of weeks. Now the only way I can connect to it is via bluetooth.

Thank you for your patience and feedback with this issue. Please check your wifi router settings to make sure there is no MAC filtering enabled, and if able, change your DNS settings to 8.8.8.8 with 8.8.4.4 as a back-up. If problem continues please email directly at [email protected]

first check your router connections properly if everything is all right then it may be the problem in some configuration setting for that you can take help from Tenda Support for any kind of technical issue in your router and wifi connection.

well, I talked too fast. I am back with an offline device again, the solution seems to have worked for 12 hours.

What I find weared is that you guys updated my firmware even it was appearing offline to me. what is wearder, is that my router tells me that the decice is online even if in the bhyve app and in the device screen it shows as offline.

Hello Simo, Your timer does currently have the most up to date firmware version (23) for your particular hardware version. They must have just updated it while it was connected, because it cannot update unless it is connected to the internet. If you’ve changed your DNS settings i’d check and make sure the timer is within proper range of your router, or that your router doesn’t have any other settings inhibiting your timer to connect. You will also want to make sure that there is no exclamation mark next to the Wi-Fi symbol on your actual timer device. To get your timer to reconnect you could update your Wi-Fi settings, factory reset your timer, and unplug your ribbon cable for about 5 seconds. If you need any further assistance please just let us know.
