Wednesday on hold 1 hour and 10 minutes on Orbit customer support phone line
No one picks up the phone!
I have had this Orbit 12 station controller slightly less than a year. It would perfectly last summer. It won’t connect to WiFi any more. I followed all guidance in the instructions, You Tube, etc.. The pairing works to the point it finds the device, but will not connect to WiFi. The symbol spins and spins, then times out. Based on all the commentary on this Forum, it appears to be a common problem. Did a firmware update contain a bug?? Help! And hire more support people for your phones! Extremely poor customer support!

I have exactly the same problem. The timer initially registered on WiFi and worked perfectly for a couple of weeks. Now it simply will not connect via WiFi. The WiFi router shows that the device is connected, but the device is continuously offline so it appears that the device cannot connect back to the cloud. I have tried resets/power cycles/ribbon cables and nothing seems to work.

    Any suggestions?

I apologize about the long wait times on the phones, we are working on getting those down, unforutnately the long weekend set us back quite a bit.

Please email me at [email protected] and we’d be happy to assist you with this there.
