ParticipantHello petelane, could I please have your mac address to check for any firmware updates. You may also want to try connecting to your timer via Bluetooth, and then try saving your program.

ParticipantI seem to have the same issue with one of my timers not being in auto mode. If you go to the device group that was created when I configured the wifi gateway it gives the status of each timer as auto. When you connect via bluetooth and are in the “home” screen it says “your device is currently set to off”. However only the timer that shows to be in auto when you connect via bluetooth will run on the specified schedule. I did try to open the schedule on the timer that is not working and save it. It did not seem to work.
I have validated that the firmware is up to date on both timers and the wifi gateway. Any suggestions for getting this

ParticipantHello jt wilcox, I’ve updated your hubs firmware so that should resolve your issue.
If not try connecting to your timer via Bluetooth. You might get a message that says something about the time being off. If that shows power cycle your timer. Then set you timers settings (to auto) wile connected to Bluetooth. After that has been set reconnect back to your hub group.
Please let us know if you are in need of any further assistance.Spread the love!July 24, 2018 at 7:24 pm #5139tdoty

ParticipantHello tdoty, I’ve updated the firmware for your hub, but you may want to try updating your Wi-Fi settings. If your issues continues connect to your timer via Bluetooth, and set the program through Bluetooth. Once that’s been don you can reconnect your timer to your hub group.

ParticipantHello JasonLA12, Try connecting to each timer via Bluetooth. You might get a message that says something about the time being off. If that shows power cycle your timer. You will need to reconnect via Bluetooth again, and set your program through Bluetooth. Then you can reconnect your devices to your hub. Just let me know if you have any further issues, or questions.

ParticipantDisregard last email. I decided to pull the battery. It has a leak inside. I have them overed and seal was tight so must be leak internally. Once I clean out the rust junk it work.
Should I claim a warranty?Spread the love!July 27, 2018 at 11:43 pm #5270Ryan
ParticipantJasonLA12, If you would like to do so you will need to call in to our product support line. Or return it to the store if it’s still within the stores return policy.

ParticipantHello [email protected], All of your devices are currently have the most recent firmware version. If you’re still experiencing issues with that timer please connect to your timer via Bluetooth. You might get a message that says something about the time being off. If that shows power cycle your timer. You will need to reconnect via Bluetooth again, and set your program through Bluetooth. Then you can reconnect your devices to your hub.
