My device stays in off mode and will not run programs. My plants are dying HELP!!!Spread the love!July 19, 2018 at 8:23 pm #4924
Hello petelane, could I please have your mac address to check for any firmware updates. You may also want to try connecting to your timer via Bluetooth, and then try saving your program.Spread the love!July 21, 2018 at 10:15 pm #5008JT WilcoxParticipant
I seem to have the same issue with one of my timers not being in auto mode. If you go to the device group that was created when I configured the wifi gateway it gives the status of each timer as auto. When you connect via bluetooth and are in the “home” screen it says “your device is currently set to off”. However only the timer that shows to be in auto when you connect via bluetooth will run on the specified schedule. I did try to open the schedule on the timer that is not working and save it. It did not seem to work.
I have validated that the firmware is up to date on both timers and the wifi gateway. Any suggestions for getting thisSpread the love!July 23, 2018 at 8:35 pm #5095

Hello jt wilcox, I’ve updated your hubs firmware so that should resolve your issue.
If not try connecting to your timer via Bluetooth. You might get a message that says something about the time being off. If that shows power cycle your timer. Then set you timers settings (to auto) wile connected to Bluetooth. After that has been set reconnect back to your hub group.
Please let us know if you are in need of any further assistance.Spread the love!July 24, 2018 at 7:24 pm #5139tdotyParticipant
My timer is set to auto water every day, but it is not working. Mac address for my hub is: 44:67:55:20:8F:45 and Mac address for my timer is: 44:67:55:11:06:19. Please help.Spread the love!July 25, 2018 at 4:30 pm #5157
Hello tdoty, I’ve updated the firmware for your hub, but you may want to try updating your Wi-Fi settings. If your issues continues connect to your timer via Bluetooth, and set the program through Bluetooth. Once that’s been don you can reconnect your timer to your hub group.Spread the love!July 26, 2018 at 4:32 pm #5205
This happened once before but it was to all of them. Right now one is doing it of the three I have. But it was weird, the other two did not water this morning. I understand the one since it will not leave the OFF setting. AUTO will not turn on. The other two show AUTO but did not water.
This is the one that will not turn to AUTO
Here are the other two.
Thank in advance.Spread the love!July 26, 2018 at 5:22 pm #5219
Hello JasonLA12, Try connecting to each timer via Bluetooth. You might get a message that says something about the time being off. If that shows power cycle your timer. You will need to reconnect via Bluetooth again, and set your program through Bluetooth. Then you can reconnect your devices to your hub. Just let me know if you have any further issues, or questions.Spread the love!July 26, 2018 at 10:25 pm #5242
They will not allow me to connect by Bluetooth or Wifi but show on my app.
I can’t do anything now. They won’t even run manual.Spread the love!July 26, 2018 at 10:43 pm #5243
Disregard last email. I decided to pull the battery. It has a leak inside. I have them overed and seal was tight so must be leak internally. Once I clean out the rust junk it work.
Should I claim a warranty?Spread the love!July 27, 2018 at 11:43 pm #5270
JasonLA12, If you would like to do so you will need to call in to our product support line. Or return it to the store if it’s still within the stores return policy.Spread the love!July 31, 2018 at 11:04 pm #5479[email protected]Participant

Hello [email protected], All of your devices are currently have the most recent firmware version. If you’re still experiencing issues with that timer please connect to your timer via Bluetooth. You might get a message that says something about the time being off. If that shows power cycle your timer. You will need to reconnect via Bluetooth again, and set your program through Bluetooth. Then you can reconnect your devices to your hub.Spread the love!
