Community Home › Community › B-Hyve APP Forum › Wonder what I should be able to do in the online app (windows 10)?
Hi there,
I got the smart hose faucet timer and everything is working with the android app so far.
But I am not able to edit programs, can’t add zones etc. pp and only the hub is visible in “devices” (the timer is missing) when login in online with either browser.
Can you please help.
best regards,
Jörg
I can see my Timers and Hub, but I’m seeing the same thing in Android when I go to Zones. Clicking Zones takes me into an edit of Zone 1 and doesn’t allow me to create or see other zones. I can’t go back to a Zone page where I see more options Just Zone 1. Per this topic, I check online in a browser and I do see I can create other zones on the Web so there appears to be bugs on the mobile app.
The app was written for multiple products within the b-hyve product line… That being said the hose faucet timer are all acted upon individually… That is there is only one zone, one station per faucet controller.
There is also limitation with regard to the Alexa skill… You can only interact with one faucet controller with Alexa.
I have 3 units, each for a separate zone in the garden, but you have to program/schedule them independently so its kind of a pain.
Kevin B is correct, but we are working on giving them the option to speak to each other using the Device Group option. We are actively working on this feature, but we are not currently ready to put a release date on this feature.
Stephen, I am SO glad to hear that. It would be lovely to tell my system (of two hose bib timers):
“Water anytime between 5am and 10am, just don’t run at the same time”.
Where are we with this feature getting implemented? It’d be great to have it for this spring and summer watering seasons.
