I am having the same question. The brochure says timer can be programmed by phone app or the computer.Spread the love!
The firmware 0037 did not fix the iOS app smart watering status stuck at the first zone with 0s elapsed time. Please push the new firmware. My MAC address is 44:67:55:03:36:CD. Thank You.
Note that the status still works fine for all zone under Manual Watering…Spread the love!
Thanks Josh…I will let you know.Spread the love!
My b-hive timer iOS app shows the first zone only with zero elapsed time when Smart Watering starts and does not show the subsequent zones on the screen for the daily watering. Do I need a new firmware? The MAC address is 44:67:55:03:36:CD.Spread the love!
I have found the answer to my question since posting. The revision B of User Manual on page 7 indicates the timer defaults to a fail-safe program if the main user programs are lost in the non-volatile memory, which will turn on water for each station every day for 10 minutes. I am assuming this applies to both custom and smart programs, correct?Spread the love!

I have to agree with posters on this thread. Orbit phone and chat customer service is terrible! It seems the Chat does not exist or if it does there is only one or two people running it with a request of probably thousands! The same is true for phone calls. I even got a disconnected phone number from the operator 833-701-4867 to inquire my order tracking number! To be fair the forum response and replies of email inquiries are satisfactory but not great.Spread the love!
Thanks for your input and the referenced videos… Unfortunately the videos only go through custom programming of ONE zone not multiple zones! I am not certain what your are suggesting will work with my programming intention. Basically my programming is outlined below. Can orbit verify its implementability?
Program A – Zone 1: Water on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday for 5 minutes
Program B – Zones 1, 2 and 3: Water on Monday and Wednesday for 5 minutes each
Program C – Zones 1 & 2: Water on Friday for 5 minutes each and Zone 3: Water on Friday for 10 minutes
As you can see Program A only includes Zone 1, however Programs B and C also include Zone 1 in addition to Zones 2 and 3.
Perhaps there is another way to custom program my watering plan that I don’t know about. If there is, please advise
