    Common issue with mine also, if you have a wireless “mesh” network, I was able to uncheck the ability for this device to “roam” on the network. It may help to make this device have a static IP instead of DHCP? I also bought an additional newer hub, and it stays connected much more reliably than my older hub.

    I find many of the same issues, what I have noticed is the range is about 15 to 25 feet from hub to sensor to report accurately. My solution has to add another hub to shorten the distance. I also do NOT have faith that they will report in an actual case where it would be needed. Good idea, but poor execution of the sensor and the hub connection.
