If you get a call/chat/email from a delivery driver, or someone who works with our warehouses about dropping off a delivery, then this article will help with directing them to the correct place.

IMPORTANT *Do NOT provide the address to them – If they are delivering and aren’t sure where to go, they need to contact their logistics office for support.*

First, we want to ask which address they are delivering to, then depending on the answer we will do one of the two steps:

1.  If the address is Overland Rd, then we will tell the driver to go to the back loading dock, door 1 for their delivery. 

2. If the address is not Overland Rd, or they can’t/will not provide the address, tell them to contact their shipping or logistics office for contact & or delivery information.
