On 5/22/2023 at 8:45AM Pacific, the B-Hyve App is not responding. The intro splash screen displays with a spinning “sun” gif. Rebooted my iPhone and it did not fix it. I have eight hose timers (HT25-000, firmware version 41), three Wifi Hubs (BH1-0001, firmware version 30), and one 12 zone wall controller (WT25G2-0001, Firmware version 87). Everything worked great yesterday. Unable to gain access for 45 minutes so far.

Because I couldn’t get the app to respond, I uninstalled it and then reinstalled resulting in the app notifying me that I don’t have an account. The app doesn’t even recognize wifi or the bluetooth signal from the device. I am not able to create an account on the app either.
Orbit has now made my controller inaccessible resulting in me not being able to control my watering efforts. Please let me know if/when your app will become usable again.

May 22, 2023 at 6:42 pm #81554::Jake, I still cannot pair my b-hyve timer to my iPhone app.
– I tried deleting the app then reinstalling
– I’ve powered cycled the timer
– I’ve removed the battery from the timer then powered cycled
– I’ve attempted a “pair” by selecting “off” then pressing in the knob then pressing the reset buttonNothing works.
I even tried to pair via the WiFi but I do not
See the orbit timer SSID described. What the heck am I doing wrong?!
