Hello, I purchased the 4-port & WiFi Hub gen2 last year and its great.
I use it to run 30 minutes on 4 zones.

Brought it out this year and the router I used had to be replaced.
So I setup on another in 2.4GHz and all seemed well when testing but Zone 1 would not auto run.
    So I deleted all zones.
Seen to Hub could FW update and allowed it.
Reset the connections of both the hub and timer.
Setup four zones again and now Zone 4 will not auto run. Like before with Zone 1. So in short i can only make 3 of 4 zones run. Its not mechanical because before the connection reset & FW update it was Z1, after its Z2.

I look at the status before it runs and it says it will run as scheduled. After the fail to run I look and it says it will run the next scheduled day
but doesn’t. Gotta be something simple.

I’m home so i manual water on the failed zone but need it to work. Thanks

Fixed. Pulled batteries, watched the screen die out, then tapped both buttons multiple times. All four zones fire now.

I have the same issue. I tried taking out the batteries and such, but didn’t resolve the issue. maybe something is “stuck”.

I failed to mention I deleted all programs and started again. Also DO NOT manual water for testing purposes from the scheduled programs zones.
I find the manual watering over rides the schedule or corrupts things.

    Delete al your programs.
    Reset connections.
    Pull batteries.
After screen fades out press both buttons at least 5 times each.
    Replace batteries.
Setup up your programs again. See if they run. Mine did.

To test for aiming patterns and the like just tap zones. Then tap a zone, tap the word “test” in the top right corner. You will get the how long option, choose and test. Tap the word “stop” in the top right corner to stop. Don’t wood pecker it. just get a good tap ans wait.
