I have installed several B-hyve flood sensors in my house and they are working as expected.
My only complaint is that there is NO WAY to get an Alexa notification of “water detected” from the sensors and app. Ideally, I want the B-hyve app to not only send me a push notification to my email, BUT also send an alert notification to my Alexa devices.
    WHY IS THIS SO IMPORTANT????….
    1. If the leak occurs during the night, an email and B-hyve app notification will do my sleeping family no good! The leak detectors are worthless in the middle of the night without an immediate, waking notification.
    2. (NOT your problem, but…) Amazon Alexa has no intentions of bringing back the “read my email” routine, which could be used to notify me of an email push notification from the B-hyve app.

PLEASE CONSIDER ADDING ALEXA INTEGRATION TO THE FLOOD SENSORS AND APP!!!!!

    Thank you,

Dr. John – that is a SUPERB suggestion, though it seems that the Water Sensor part of Orbit’s business is an afterthought and not likely to get any attention.

In my case, NOTHING I can do in iPhone / iPad settings seems to give me any screen alerts of water sensed. If I wet a sensor I see Nothing unless I open the B-Hyve app on the phone or iPad. B-Hyve support tried to send me Push alerts but absolutely no luck. Clearly I will need to look elsewhere for leak-sense assistance.
