I’m away from home and have no way to reboot my B-Hyve. I can see my router remotely and it says that my B-Hyve is connected, but the B-Hyve App says “Your device is offline. Please make sure the time is powered o with correct Wi-Fi settings”. Well, I know it is on because the router is seeing it. I remotely rebooted the router and the B-Hyve reconnected to it. I suppose this is a server issue at Orbit. This all happened within the last 24 hrs. If I’m correct, I expect others will chime in here. Is anyone else having this issue now?
The issue has resolved itself. I was not able to take any action remotely to address this and I did not reach out to Orbit. However, I checked my connectivity last night and the App was showing that I was not connected (yet my router still showed the B-Hyve was connected to the router via WiFi). This morning, I spotted my sprinklers watering the lawn on my webcam so I checked in with the App and found that the “connection error” was gone and I had a green check next to my sprinkler system and it said the connection was good.
What I’m learning is that there are some intermittent and persistent cloud issues between our systems and the App and to simply wait things out and they will take care of themselves.
having the same issue I’m having a similar issue. Says I’m offline and I’m out of town currently. This has been going on for several days now and I did finally get someone in Belize and while on phone unit came on but rep disappeared so was unable to get feedback on reasons why offline.
