Hello Cornfed, This is Cruz from Orbit Customer Care, how can I assist you today?

Hello! It seems like myself and many others on the forum are experiencing some issues with the app recording watering history both in Smart Watering and Manual modes. Are you aware of a network-wide problem?

    Cruz11:18 AM
Thank you for brining this issue to our attention, please allow me a moment to look into this for you.

    CustomerSent at11:18 AM
Let me know if you need any more details. There are a number of things the programmers might find useful.

Like, it did record history when I first installed it and ran the “tests” in each zone to count the heads.

    CustomerSent at11:19 AM
But when I run a full cycle, it only records the history of a single zone.

And then, of course, the soil moisture doesn’t update with the watering, so it doesn’t have the data it needs to run smart watering.

I have the indoor, 8 zone unit running firmware 0045

Thank you for your patience Cornfed, we are aware of this issue, A fix will be implemented ASAP and you will be able to use the app and access dashboard again.

Thank you! I’m going to update the forum since nobody from Orbit has commented on it yet and a number of people are posting on this. What would be a fair statement to make to them?

    Cruz11:24 AM
This is only for the B-Hyve products, issues with the app not working or the dashboard

    Cruz11:25 AM
We will keep you updated on this, we are looking into at this time.

    CustomerSent at11:28 AM
Thank you. I’m going to disconnect now, but if you have any updates please either email me or have somebody post in the forum.

You’re so lucky. The guy I got decided he didn’t want to help any more so he just up and ended the chat. I was in the middle of telling him how the website he directed me to didn’t work and he just said, “glad I could help. Goodbye” And ended it.
