Hi,
I have had my smart watering systems for approx 6 weeks and had no issues using the wifi for my scheduled watering.
Recently this has stopped, I can manually water through wifi however it will not work with my scheduled waterings.
I have done the following
Reset my wifi hub several times
Deleted all of my devices and set them up again
Tried smart watering setting (doesn’t work)
Tried advanced watering setting (doesn’t work)
Changed soil moisture to 0%
Removed batteries and reset (doesn’t work)The app will show my schedule correctly and display the date and time I set to water. When that time comes the app will change from today’s date to tomorrow’s date and not water the lawn.
I’m out of ideas on how to fix and have spent way too much time on it already
Any ideas?
December 30, 2023 at 11:23 pm #82230::Your not the only one having this issue, I went to manually run a station and it failed to run. System is connected to WiFi but station will only work via Bluetooth. When I look on the app at devices and select my device. Down the bottom it states “Device Information Last Server Connected: 24 Dec 2023 at 5:31pm
Could be a cloud issue ?

I’ve split my wifi network, so that there’s a separate 2.4ghz network, as their troubleshooting suggests. Still nothing. Hard reset the B-Hyve and everything.
The app finds about 10 other wifi networks, in surrounding houses I suppose, but not mine. It was all working totally fine for a long time, and then suddenly not.
It’s doing my head in.
