Hi I got an alert that my B-hyve Flood Sensor has a low battery. I am at a loss for how to open the sensor without damaging it. Do you have instructions? I didn’t see any on the web site or YouTube.

    Thanks
    Jeff

I came here looking for the same answer. Not finding one, I took a chance and succeed. There is a little slot on the side of the sensor on the opposite side of the string. Put a small flat head screwdriver in the slot and pry the top off. It will just pop open.

After you have replaced the battery press the yellow dot on the bottom of the sensor 5 times in quick succession to reset the low battery alert.
