Unable to connect B-Hyve App to Wi-Fi.
My Phone is an iPhone 8 Plus using Version iOS 16.6
My phones Wi-Fi is on and connected to my Century Link Modem via 2.5Ghz.
I’m using the “B-Hyve XD bluetooth hose faucet timer” with 4 ports and the B-Hyve WiFi Hub Model 21006. Both are New.
The hub is apparently connecting to my Modem and is showing a Steady Green Light.
The App will only connect via Bluetooth.
Under “Devices” the Timer shows “Connected” with a Bluetooth Icon, and the Hub shows “Connected” with a Checkmark Icon.
Firmware was updated and is current on both devices.
Distance between Modem and Hub is 6′ and distance between Hub and Timer is 2′ through one wall.
I’ve reset Both the Hub and Timer multiple times with no luck, and deleted and reloaded the App.
Under “Devices”, “Device Detail”, I’ve tried “Resetting Device Connections” and “Remove Device” and reloaded devices for both Hub and Timer.
I’ve Updated the Wi-Fi Settings including Advanced Settings for the hub and have Disconnected Bluetooth on the Timer. Still BlueTooth only.
I’ve also tried changing my Modems Channels to Ch-6 and Ch-11 as recommended by the Orbit Assist App.
I’m able to program the Timer via Bluetooth and it otherwise operates correctly.
I would like to use some of the features that require a Wi-Fi connection.
Any thoughts? or other things I can try?
    Thanks in advance.

    Problem solved.
Apparently the B-Hyve XD required the Gen 2 WiFi Hub.
I got my hands on a Gen 2 and everything works as it should.
My XD came with a Gen 1!
