I’ve had my two hose times and hubs for years. Recently they seem to no longer record watering events. Neither manual nor automatic. Yesterday it watered the lawn with smart watering, but because the history doesn’t have it, today it’s scheduled to smart water the same zones again. I see this in the app calendar and I see it in the tech support dashboard page. There’s tons of history in there, just not recent history. I did update the firmware on both and they say 0041 in the app.

They are connecting to the cloud fine because it’s commanding them to water now, despite watering yesterday, but because the watering events aren’t recorded in the cloud, the zone events say the ground is too dry. Not sure how to fix this. I’m guessing this has nothing to do with the app as the smart watering program is being followed. You’d think that if the cloud commanded it to a water and stop watering, the watering would get recorded in the cloud.

    Help please!

Perhaps after this automatic watering session completes, all 3 smart watering will get recorded in the cloud. That didn’t happen yesterday, which is why it’s watering now. I guess I report back in a few minutes.

Almost 10 minutes after watering, it doesn’t show that it watered in the history. So my guess is at some point early in the morning, it’ll think that it needs to water again tomorrow morning.

Not sure what’s going on now, but now the cloud won’t let me see the stuff I just posted. :-/

That may have been a browser issue. Sadly I wonder if I just need to start over deleting all the devices, add them again, and see what happens.

Another symptom is when I do a manual watering, I eventually get a message saying something about the timer not responding. But it water and stops as requested. So it’s like the communications from the hose timer isn’t finding it’s way back to the cloud.

Deleting everything, hard resetting the devices and hubs with 5 button clicks, adding them again may have fixed things. The 30 second setup test watering now appears in the history calendar.

The online dashboard doesn’t let me get the useful information ai used to have. Can I get that back?
