All works now for me too. (although the battery level does not show) Thank you, Orbit!

I can confirm the battery issue. I am seeing the same thing:

    Device #1: 100%. Device #2: 37%.

So I swapped the battery (left batteries in place) tray. Force Closed App. Both phones. Started App. Result –

    Device #1: 100%. Device #2: 37%.

    *** UPDATE 2 ***

Dropouts are increasing. Had never experienced these issues before. Also, I am experiencing different behavior between the b-hyve app on the Note 5 (Android) vs my Note 22 (Android). Clearly, there are issues between latest/legacy firmware <—> b-hyve app. When this system work(ed/s) – it is a beautiful thing. Hopefully, Orbit’s development team can determine the root cause. And sooner better than later.

    *** UPDATE ***

The other two are still stuck. They both absolutely refuse to connect like the other two did. Both still flash whitish/blueish color every few seconds. Will probably wait until the pending update and try again before going through the warranty process.

    RE: TRYINGTOFIXTHINGS

Yes, that is a great point! I’m in IT so I know technology well. However, I did not think of the Bluetooth chip/version being it. That makes a lot of sense! So at this point – 2 out of 4 timers have been fixed using this old phone. The system is still acting a little strange though. Intermittent dropouts and having to connect via Bluetooth instead of Wi-Fi. But at least this was able to fix 2 of the timers that I am now able to use while I get the other two Warranty replaced (hopefully).

Old Samsung Note 5 – b-hyve app – was able to update firmware on 2 timers. Now working. More details to follow…

Add me to the list. I have 4 timers now that are all failing with the intermittent white blinking light. They were all working just fine before the attempted firmware update.
