I’m not a support person but have you tried swapping it to one of the other zones and seeing if it works, just to eliminate any other issues?

When you do manual mode it has you select one of the zones. What I do is I have a splitter before the timer with my hose on one side and the timer on the other. But it should work…you’d just manually turn on the zone w/ your hose on it. I think you have to set a period of time for it to be on. I’m not sure if there’s a reason not to do this, though.

I had the batteries out of mine over the winter and when I put them back in…it just updated itself. I’m using it with the hub, though (although I wouldn’t think it would make a difference). It all just reconnected and updated in the app without me doing anything.

Do you have the wifi hub for it? If it’s an XD timer you need a B-hyve Gen 2 Wi-Fi Hub.
