For each program, check the “Program Schedule” to make sure the Start Date is before today and End Date is not set.
For your device, check that the “Smart Watering Restrictions” are OFF. Even though it says, “Note: Watering restrictions only apply to smart watering programs and not to custom programs”, once I turned it to OFF (I don’t use smart watering because it’s anything but), my schedules started running again.

It might have been a coincidence, but even though it specifically says, “Watering restrictions only apply to smart watering programs and not to custom programs”, once I turned Watering Restrictions off, my programs started working.

You’re so lucky. The guy I got decided he didn’t want to help any more so he just up and ended the chat. I was in the middle of telling him how the website he directed me to didn’t work and he just said, “glad I could help. Goodbye” And ended it.

I have a program scheduled daily at 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. 7:00 AM came and went today with absolutely nothing happening. Grass is still dry and “Watering History” shows 0’s across the board.
What is the actual point of having a scheduled program if it doesn’t actually run? What if I was away for a month in the summer assuming my lawn is being watered?
And FWIW, smart watering is anything but. Don’t use it.
