I don’t see any pictures, can you try to load them again? I suppose one of the disconnected wires may be a common for the group of valves that aren’t working. It’s also possible some of the wire connections at the valves came loose during the timer installation, maybe double-check that.

It looks like your valves may have 12 Volt Latching DC solenoids instead of 24 Volt AC standard solenoids. Notice how the side of your old timer says Output: 11 Volts DC. I don’t think the B-Hyve timer will work with that style of solenoid and can only use 24 Volt AC solenoids. You could probably change yours to be 12VAC by replacing just the solenoid on each valve. The ‘Fault’ error is probably from your solenoids drawing too much current from the timer.

This solenoid would probably work. I’m sure it would work with the timer but I don’t know what valves you have so I would buy one and test it first. I think the link I wanted to post is getting blocked. Just search for this part below.

It seems like one of the buttons or the wheel is stuck so it thinks that button or wheel is constantly being pressed. Did you try firmly pressing all buttons and turning the wheel both directions? I’ve never taken mine apart but that’s what I would do next and look for any moving part that was stuck behind the buttons.

I haven’t seen that before but I’ve seen other digital devices freeze during boot-up and the cause is often a poor connection. Look for any cables that can be re-attached in the main part of the timer.

Are you confident the sensor is wired properly? It sounds like the rain sensor is shorting the pump terminals somehow. Double-check your wiring very carefully, even a small “hair” of copper touching another wire could cause issues.

I’m not familiar with that error but it seems like the solenoid on the valve is fried and shorting to Neutral. Connect the wire to the valve again and check voltage if you are able to stick the meter probes into the wire nuts. If the voltage drops below approximately 18 Volts AC then the solenoid coil is bad. You can usually get a replacement for whatever brand you have at the store you got the valve from

When the Timer is in pairing mode you might be able to see it in the Bluetooth menu on your phone. Have you tried that? If it doesn’t show up then maybe your phone has Bluetooth turned off or the timer is defective.

I’m not an expert but it sounds like the timer is having trouble finding and connecting to your Wi-Fi network. Can your phone easily access Wi-Fi when you’re standing next to the timer? If not, try moving the timer and Wi-Fi router closer together temporarily and go through the setup process again. I’ve noticed if the B-Hyve App has to switch between Wi-Fi and Cellular service(AT&T, Verizon, etc.) while the app is open is will stop functioning and needs to be closed and re-opened.
